Editorial articles are currently available without membership. Creating an account does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Onyx permits search engines, research tools and answer services to access its publicly available editorial pages for indexing, linking, summarising and brief quotation with clear attribution to Onyx and a link to the original article. This permission applies to public content only and is an exception to the personal-use limitation above. Automated access must respect robots.txt, reasonable request rates and access controls. It must not access private accounts, non-public submissions or restricted content, or bypass security measures. This permission does not authorise full republication, resale, bulk content-dataset creation or use of third-party images beyond their applicable permissions. Contact support@onyx.ma for other uses.
3. User-Generated Content
3.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (“User Content”), but you grant Onyx a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, publish, display, and distribute your content on the Website.
3.2 User Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or personal rights.
- Your content is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful.
We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
3.3 Comments and listings
Comments and proposed Calendar or Startups Directory entries are reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, coverage or endorsement. Only submit information you have the right to share and avoid private or confidential details. Accepted submissions may be edited for clarity, translated and displayed with your public display name. You retain ownership of your contribution and grant Onyx a non-exclusive permission to edit, translate and publish it on Onyx. You may contact support@onyx.ma about a correction or removal request.
